Throughout it all, the team remained professional, responsive, and practical. Special mention to the representatives for their excellent communication, especially during tough moments. They proactively engaged with solicitors, maintained the chain, and managed buyer expectations during a potentially precarious sale. Their expertise was evident when problems arose, and I consistently felt they were working hard to safeguard my interests rather than just seeking a quick sale. Given the complexities, I doubt many agents would have navigated it better. If you're dealing with a property that has complications, I would confidently recommend them.
