The fact that the reviews for the company are mostly either 1 star or 5 stars speaks volumes. I live in an apartment complex where the lift has been out of order for over six months with no compensation offered, while yearly rent increases of up to 20% are demanded. There’s no front desk, making it likely that any parcels will be stolen. The parking situation is a mess, and the management shows little concern. New flats are being sold off for AirBnB conversions, leading to clutter and potential fire hazards. This company exploits tenants and takes no responsibility for their failures. I strongly advise against renting from them.

Extremely Poor Service

This company has provided the worst service imaginable. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. They are unresponsive, and my boiler’s safety valve leaked for three weeks despite my complaint on day one. I had to escalate the issue as it posed a safety hazard. The building had security issues, and my belongings were at risk. They take a long time to return your deposit and do not reply to emails. I strongly recommend staying away if you want to protect your safety and finances.

Report the Company for Poor Practices

This company operates unethically and provides a very poor service to residents. They do not take accountability, jeopardize resident safety, and often dismiss concerns. The only way to compel them to fulfill their responsibilities seems to be through reporting them to the appropriate authorities. I urge residents to escalate their complaints.
