Great experiene yesterday.
I accidently applied to withdraw two amounts from my moneybox isa. I only meant to withdraw one. So i was trying to resolve it, on the app. I found i could e mail a message, within two hours. It said, they couldn't guarantee it would be able to stop both amounts, but they would do their best.
However, i was very happy today, when only one amount came out.
I am very happy with the moneybox app.

I've been using Moneybox for over a year and never had any issues until today when I made a mistake with a withdrawal. Ezgi responded much sooner than I had expected and she was straight forward and super helpful. She resolved my problem and kept me up to date during the whole process. The terms and conditions make no mention of closing a Cash ISA and reopening another. I raised this issue over a week ago, so I’m unsure why I was “advised” of the same point again a week later, especially when it was information I had already provided.Thank you, however, for confirming that I am being treated unfairly. The Open ISA was not an option at the time I signed up to your services, yet I am now being penalised for withdrawing funds because I am not permitted to use an ISA product that did not exist when I joined.I will be escalating this matter to the relevant equality body.

Money box app is very seamless to use and the response is instant if you want to withdraw for your house purchase, I would definitely recommend to anyone. If you want to have LIsA, Cash ISA or Stocks and Shares ISA, money box is the best app
