Title: No refund, very disappointedReview:I have been requesting a refund for weeks and Fizz has not resolved my issue. The platform did not help me as promised, and instead of supporting me, they have ignored my repeated refund requests. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel scammed. I do not recommend Fizz.
I’ve been using it only for a couple weeks, and it’s already been a game changer! I personally had low credit because of things a few years ago and it has helped me bounce back from that! The autopay and the ability to earn points at certain stores is amazing. It also helps you learn about all things financial and how to start a budget. I highly recommend this to everyone!
At first, there was a technical difficulty that had shocked me financially. But, the costumer service had went above and beyond to help me out. I didn't respond too early and they still showed up and helped. That’s incredible. Fizz is helping people finacially and emotionally out here! 🙇
It was a nice card for the time being and the people are fast to help however don’t plan on ever having an emergency or loosing a job. They do NOT do credit transfers and won’t let you slowly pay it off. I was always good abt paying it off on time till I lost a job and all the payments hit at once making the “daily payment” over a 1k. And as I said before I had to pay it all upfront. I missed the payments twice and my credit score went from a 720 to now a 615 basically they trapped me into my debt and didn’t give me any help to get out, no transfers, no paying it off in increments ( like normal card ) I finally paid it off and will never use this card again.
Fizz may be a good product to help build credit, but they have fees, and they should let their fees be upfront before you start the application process. I had to upload my ID before and after it was approved; then, out of nowhere, they were talking about the fees. They have told me about these fees upfront at the beginning of the application, not after. I’ve been OK with that, but how they do it at the end is ridiculous after you do all that stuff application questions. Then I had to email them to disconnect my bank account from their app system. They ask you to connect your bank account to the app to get approved or to get the benefits, so after I cancel with them, I have to contact them. Then their system would not allow me to cancel the connection from my bank account. I had to send them several messages to disconnect the link to my checking bank account. They said they closed my account but they kept the connection to my checking account still open, actively. Ask strongly, recommend consumers look somewhere else for or to help build your credit. Just google up credit help or how to build your credit products.
