Pleasant and caring staff. They explained every stage and ensured that I understood. The work was carried out promptly and to time. It looks good. Everything was done as efficiently as in 2011. Those solar panels are still working effectively. Joju seems a reliable company. I'm pleased with them.
Joju have just installed solar panels and a battery for me, and it's been an entirely positive experience. May 2024 has a 2nd Powerwall installed and upgraded to the Gateway 2 from 1. From start to finish everyone involved was knowledgeable, professional and helpful.Dec 2018: Very helpful and knowledgeable company. As with Joju’s previous installation work, this battery figment was completed within the schedule in a highly professional manner by all staff involved. The job was finished with a very tidy installation and all mess and waste cleared and disposed of efficiently.
At each stage of the process the team, and they really are a team, were knowledgeable, highly capable, innovative and adaptable. The planning and communication were spot on. Our installation was for panels, home battery, solar diverter and EV charging unit to a new build house with some less than convenient siting of electrical supply and car parking. The installation of what is in some cases quite intrusive pieces of equipment and cabling has be very carefully thought through and adapted to minimise the visual impact of the necessary changes. The panels have been installed onto the roof (this is not an in-roof installation), with the underside of the tiles being cut to accommodate the necessary roof hooks rather than tiles being left sitting proud – which is a tactic often employed to achieve low cost installs but which significantly reduces the subsequent integrity of the roof.The completed system was installed within the planned schedule. The sole issue concerned the commissioning of the battery system, which proved frustrating because the manufacturer's set-up process/firmware seems rather brittle and this required the Joju team to schedule a re-visit to complete, which they manage to arrange very swiftly.The customer experience with Joju has been fantastic and the delivered solution is all that we had hoped.
Joju don't sell you their products, they work with you to make sure you get what's right for you. That starts with the first contact and through to the support team once it's all installed. They project managed the entire process end to end really well, with open communication at all times, and answered every question, no matter how silly. The team onsite did amazing work and were extremely friendly and again answered questions when we had them. It's really all about the people and they were amazing.The after support has been great too. If we had any technical issue they immediately stepped in to support even the smallest one. They have looked after us extremely well, and we couldn't have asked for more!
