Great coffee maker purchase!

I purchased a coffee maker a few months back and I'm really happy with it. Although the price was somewhat steep, I only pay $20 a month. I recently ordered some flannel shirts as well, which will cost me $10 a month. It's very convenient and reliable. I highly recommend the service!

Cute jacket but not effective

This rain jacket is adorable, but at £80, it's quite expensive. I understand it's from a small business, which explains the slow shipping. Unfortunately, it's not waterproof at all. After just a 10-minute walk in light rain, I was completely soaked. I usually wear hoodies in the rain that keep me drier, even without waterproofing. It's super cute, but I don't think it's worth the cost since I only bought it for rain protection.

Order issues and poor service

I had problems with my order; there were three different prices listed for an item. I called multiple times to resolve it, but it's still incorrect. I was charged for shipping and other fees, and when I tried to cancel my order within six hours, they refused. They suggested I call back for a return process. This service has been a huge disappointment, and I advise against using them.

Disappointing return experience

Shipping problems

I experienced significant shipping issues. My package was stuck in transit for a month and arrived damaged, having been opened and resealed. The shipping fees are also exorbitant. Frustrating payment process

This service has been dreadful. I have one more payment left, and I've decided not to order anything again. You can't make a payment without your customer number, which is only on the catalogs they send out. It's inconvenient. After finally getting customer service to process a payment, it was posted to the wrong account, and they had the audacity to report it. Their only solution was to apologize and suggest I dispute it myself. I will never use this service again.

Poor service and slow shipping

This company has been terrible. The customer service is lacking, and the shipping is both expensive and slow. They clearly do not prioritize their customers.
