I recently got a Steam deck. Did some research as wanted some accessories. Found out about JSAUX. I bought there carrying case, a dock, there mod case and power bank. On delivery of the power bank it wouldn't power on, I tried for a few days to get it to work with no luck. I contracted JSAUX support and next day received a response asking me to try a few things, none worked, I responded advising none worked abd included a shortly video as this is what I was asked to do. They emailed back next say advising they would despatch a replacement. Next day got an email from courier advising they are expecting my parcel. Amazing service, very professional, very quick and prompt. The items I have received are great and the after sales service are some of the very best I have received ever.
