Poor results, and a bad UI. Other face-search tools I've tried are more reliable at finding the person in question, and Lenso makes me click individually on each result to see their name. (And I have to pay for each result I look at, even if Lenso did not successfully find the person.)
Oh yeah, and they also offer free credits for 5-star reviews here, which is a violation of TrustPilot's terms of service and means you probably can't trust their average score.

I didn't have a positive experience. The results seemed random and inaccurate, with many useful features locked behind a paywall. It appears promising at first, but in actual use, it's quite disappointing. I wouldn't rely on it or recommend it at this time.
