I had a brilliant experience with JT Giles, who helped me move from Ely to Downham Market yesterday. The guys treated all my furniture with the upmost care and respect, and were so fun and friendly throughout it took a huge chunk of the stress out of moving. Everything was done properly, no cut corners, and they were even happy to disassemble and reassemble furniture for me. Couldn’t recommend them more!
Jonathan is fantastic! Drove for 9 hours at short notice on a Sunday to help me collect my dream bike! Over the moon. He’s a lovely guy and really shows a passion for helping people. Very fairly priced, I didn’t even bother getting more quotes! Fast to reply and was on time on the day. Superb service. Will use again in a heartbeat. You won’t be disappointed 😁
Jonathan and his assistant were excellent. From initial contact Jonathan was extremely polite and extremely flexible to accommodate the constantly moving dates of our house sale which was only confirmed two days before the move. On the day he was very professional with careful loading and helpful unloading to meet our requirements at the destination. Despite the approaching Storm Goretti he completed the 200 mile journey in scheduled time and provided tracking info so we could follow the journey. All this at a reasonable price. I highly recommend JT Giles Transport.
I recently used JT Giles Transport for a house move, and I have to say, the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Jonathan, the owner, came out to our home beforehand, took a good look around, and immediately gave us a clear idea of what size transport we’d need for all our furniture. He also gave us an incredibly good price, especially considering he was travelling from England to Wales—such a pleasant surprise!From that first visit, it was obvious how much he cared about making everything run smoothly for us. He genuinely couldn’t do enough to help, and his team had the same attitude: friendly, efficient, and just really amazing to work with. They turned what could’ve been a stressful day into something comfortable and easy.
Can't rate these guys highly enough. Jonathan and the team were entirely professional, and went the extra mile without hesitation. When a house move is involved, this is invaluable. It made a very stressful and difficult move all the more feasible, and a big 'high five' to them all. If you want great communication, initiative, high standards, sheer hard work and good banter when the going gets tough, or not as the case may be, this is the company to go for. 5 Stars - Professesional, reliable, family run business. Highly recommend. We have used J T Giles Transport on two occasions now, firstly to move house and secondly to move our new kitchen into a storage unit. Both times, Jonathan arrived on time and didn't stop until the task in hand was complete. He helped move all of our furniture and proved to be an asset whilst moving.
