Still have not received items. Had to reach out a couple of times and wait for a response. Turns out one was never produced and cancelled so it screwed up my entire order!!! Getting one refund and finally the rest of my order, 3 Juggy’s, sent. I should wait till I receive them before making a final judgement. I love the product but dang, communication and monitoring your CSR email is vital to running a successful business.
Fantastic product and great, FAST customer service. I purchased a preorder that was pushed back and they were awesome about it so I also bought one available right now. I just received it - the cute dog lover one. It's well made, sturdy, and I'm genuinely happy about it. I'm also autistic and I've used the same glass for several years. It's really hard to change something that familiar to you. I'm so happy with my Juggy tumbler that I'm definitely going to order more. Next time I need a new *every single day, the same cup for years* tumbler - I'll have my Juggy!!!
