Delivery was quite poor. I was informed it would arrive on Sunday, but then received an email that it would be Monday when no one would be home. I couldn't call as they were closed when I got the email. The table was a challenge to assemble due to the complicated leg positioning! The assembly instructions were nearly non-existent, just a picture with minimal guidance. It took two people three hours just to attach the legs! It's heavy and looks lovely, but I'm unsure about purchasing more products from this manufacturer.
I bought sofas just over two years ago. Absolutely disappointing. First, I purchased a sofa bed. On the second day, I opened it, and the wood snapped in half. Now the armrest on the two-seater has broken, and both the two-seater and three-seater have sagged with loose wood at the back. Poor craftsmanship; I wouldn't recommend.
I want to extend my gratitude to the support team for all their help. We purchased a bench, and while assembling it, a part broke. I sent an email, and by the next day, they had emailed me back and sent a new part that arrived within four days. I couldn't have asked for better customer service than this.
