While I enjoyed the program, my plans fell through and I cancelled my subscription in September of 2025.
I have since been charged twice. I filed a complaint with my bank each time and received a threatening email from the company each time.

DON’T DO IT . Not that much different from duo and the 100 day money back promise … rubbish ! Have followed instructions ( once I’d found them ! ) e mailed 4 times and nothing back . No contact whatsoever . Like most on line stuff these days they are all smiles and promises until they get your cash and then no customer service at all .

Do not subscribe because they will not send out any reminders before your renewal plan is up and will just deduct it automatically. I wrote in and asked for a refund and they refused even though I have not been using the app ever since I downloaded it because there is always a glitch in the pronunciations and it doesn’t serve any purpose after a while because the lessons are not engaging.
Very appalling customer service and after sales support. They just want you rip you off your money without notifying you. It’s daylight robbery!

Misleading and Limited Experience

This feels like a scam. The premium option provides practice scenarios, but you're restricted to just three per day before being prompted to pay more. Engaging with AI chat, which could actually help you learn, costs even more. The content is primarily in English, and you only repeat a few phrases without the opportunity for full conversations. The language practice is similarly disappointing; despite paying for unlimited access, most of it is in English with only a few phrases, and it doesn't lead to meaningful mini conversations. Repeating the same phrase multiple times is excessive. Consider using other tools to create your own practice and answer questions.

Great Experience with Responsive Support

I signed up with the service but soon realized I wasn't prepared and decided to use the 100-day guarantee. I reached out via email, and they got back to me within a day, offering options that might meet my needs or the possibility of cancellation with a refund. Although I chose the refund, I was impressed by their prompt responses, which built my trust in the company. I plan to return when I'm ready because of this positive experience.

Disappointing experience with subscription management

My experience with the service was frustrating due to unclear subscription management, lack of billing transparency, and issues with app usability. I thought I had canceled my subscription, but I was charged over $300 in two separate transactions. I did not receive any renewal reminder emails and checked all my inbox folders, including spam. The subscription was also not clearly displayed in the app store, which made the cancellation process confusing. Additionally, I didn’t use the app much because the AI features were unreliable and buggy. While the support team was polite, they upheld their policy and did not provide a refund. I suggest thoroughly reviewing the auto-renewal terms, cancellation process, and current app performance before signing up.
