Avoid this service at all costs. We were sold a defective vehicle that posed serious safety risks due to faulty brakes. For over six months, we faced numerous issues that were never resolved, and the support team refused to issue a refund, ultimately ignoring our calls and emails. After 18 months, we discovered that the history check provided at the time of purchase contained false information, revealing that the vehicle had thousands of pounds in outstanding finance. Although we are listed as the second owner, the finance company claims that the second owner took out the loan. This situation is an absolute scam.
The vehicle was spotless and well-maintained, and the sales representatives were incredibly kind, approachable, and easy to communicate with. The purchasing process was swift and straightforward. I purchased a convertible, and although the listing mentioned a feature that was missing, the sales team offered to provide it at no extra cost for the inconvenience, which I greatly appreciate. They also have excellent warranty options and handle issues very professionally. I highly recommend this place for a purchase, as my experience was delightful, and they provide ample support for any concerns regarding the vehicle.
Unbelievable experience with this service! Initially, I placed a deposit to reserve a vehicle, only to receive a call stating it was broken. Later, I discovered it had been sold to someone else. After waiting three weeks for my refund and repeatedly following up, I finally received a call where they insisted on holding my deposit until I removed my truthful post. What a remarkable service this is! I've never encountered anything like this before; don't be misled by these scammers!
Do not pay the full amount until you have inspected the vehicle upon collection. If the vehicle is not as promised, it may be too late. The service may withhold your funds for weeks while making unfulfilled promises. Avoid consenting to any repairs; simply refuse them. If you agree, they will have the advantage. Proceed with care and consider other options to prevent unnecessary complications.
I spotted a car on a Sunday and didn't expect a callback after hours, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive one and scheduled an appointment for Monday with a representative. I viewed the car, negotiated a deal for mine, and drove it home the same day. They cleaned and prepared the vehicle in just an hour. Truly a swift and professional experience. I will definitely return!
This establishment allows you to place a deposit, only to later inform you that there's an issue with the vehicle and sell it on the same day, despite knowing you were traveling to pick it up. When you reach out for assistance, the response is rude and unhelpful! I'm still waiting for my deposit to be refunded after over a week, and all they keep saying is that it's in the system or they can't locate the right people. What a scam!
I strongly advise against using this garage. The service quality and aftercare are appalling. I brought my vehicle in September and faced thermostat issues, but the garage refused to assist. This has been the worst experience I've had with a vehicle in over 20 years.
I scheduled an appointment to view a seemingly perfect vehicle, which indeed looked great, but I was not permitted to test drive it! The representative claimed it was company policy to process financing first to avoid time wasters. Given that I had already paid a deposit and traveled two hours, I found this odd. I agreed, and while I was deemed creditworthy, the monthly payment was significantly higher than advertised. The interest rate presented was 10.9%, yet I was told the lowest offered was 12.9%. They also included a warranty in the financing that wouldn’t be useful due to my distance for servicing. I felt pressured to commit to a purchase before being allowed to test drive. Although the garage appeared impressive and the cars were appealing, the sales tactics left me feeling uneasy. I chose to walk away, regrettably, as it could have been the perfect vehicle.
We traveled two hours to see our vehicle. Upon arrival, we were unable to view it immediately, but we were confident in our choice. The staff were welcoming during both the viewing and collection. The car was exactly as described, and we didn't feel rushed into any decisions. We were able to view videos and received follow-up contact to ensure everything was satisfactory. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a new vehicle!
