i paid for hpi check and put reserve down. they cancelled reserve twice and said the car had sold despite being listed less than a couple hours ago. i know this because i’ve been searching this spec on audi daily. it stayed listed after my reservation was removed so naturally i reserved again. i also phoned and told them id come to view on Monday and they agreed on the phone. then later they removed and raised the price by £2000. they then emailed me and claimed it was priced wrong . They must’ve thought I would be desperate and pay more as I was quick to reserve the first 3 times. all this was within 24 hours. bunch of timewasters ,do a little check on their company house not been around long probably due to name changes etc

The photo below of damage to the vehicle from being towed, is the smallest of issues we’ve had from this family of con artists! Unfortunately, they have now blocked my number! after refusing our right to reject under the consumer rights act 2015 and calling to threaten leaving our car on double yellow lines to receive multiple tickets, forcing us to collect the vehicle after sending our formal rejection! Clearly all their fantastic reviews are from friends and family because the service since buying from these has been nothing but horrendous at every turn! They managed to fluke a mot and delivered us a car with a 3inch nail present in the tyre. Once this got resolved, we drove the car for less than 15miles before the gearbox light turned on!We then waited a week for them to collect the car, then a further 2 weeks for them to take the car to their dodgy garage… if only this resolved the problem, but didn’t, as it drove worse than before, then the entire gearbox cut out a few weeks later almost killing me on a roundabout! sent it back once again for repair, this time taken about 4 weeks! To come back and tell us the sensor was the fault, finally this got fixed and the car was collected by us. But ofcourse, only 4 days later when driving to work, the gearbox light came on again and it started to lag! At this point we had enough of this, had them collect the car and sent through our rejection letter as allowed by law through consumer rights act 2015. We was waiting over 3 weeks for a response! When they finally came back to us they claimed the light came on because I was supposedly “driving recklessly” of which any mechanic would tell you, would not cause a fault light to appear, only a vehicle fault does this! Then claimed there was no issue in the first place and that means they don’t have to accept our right to reject. Then come the threats to leave the car on double yellow lines! They have left us in a position where we have no choice but to collect the car and take them to court, which will now cost us thousands due to the cost of the car! They have refused to work with any ADR representative like the motor ombudsman, they know full well they sold us a dodgy car and they have no interest in resolving it!Please at all costs AVOID THIS GARAGE!! They are scammers and clearly do this for a living. Already found their employees setting up new business accounts to change their trading name! Check their details on gov website their trade name changes every few years and this is clearly why to avoid reviews like this and continue scamming people! Save your self the money, time, stress and agony and go anywhere but this place for your vehicle! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Do not deal with company! They had the successful bid to buy my car through Motorway, gave a reasonable price but when they came to buy the car they claimed there was no coolant water in the car and it would cost £300 to fix. I didn't believe them but in the end had to accept their offer. They offered to send the invoice for the work as proof but guess what, never received it! They are con men, do not buy from them
