This is a scam! They do not respond, block you from any communication. Once the item, ordered on accident which is a whole other issue, is received it is fake! They steal your money, block you and leave you with a cheap knock-off. Poshmark says they are a verified vendor. Poshmark is letting this happen!

Though the vendor will respond here, they will not respond to you privately. I paid to have the purse independently, verified authenticity, and it failed. They do not stand behind their products, nor do they stand behind “ethical” business practices be very, very wary when using this company, they will scam you.

I purchased a bag from this company on Poshmark. After waiting an extended period of time for the bag to ship I messaged them. After I showed concern about the shipping status and authenticity, they blocked me from messaging them on Poshmark. I then got a notification that the bag had "shipped" but that there was no further tracking information. I still do not have the item I purchased and Justbag has not responded to any attempts to communicate nor provided any updates as to the whereabouts of the package. I have never before been blocked by a company simply for asking where my purchase is, so that act alone indicates shady business practices. And even more concerning Is the fact that I spent almost $2k on an item I don’t have while receiving the worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT buy a bag from these people. Completely horrible company. They should be ashamed of themselves To add: when I called UPS to ask directly about a tracking update they said the package, “appeared to have been scanned at the self service station and then taken away by the customer”. When I asked the agent what the gain was, they said, “often it’s to have the customer file a lost package claim”, to which I replied, “isn’t that mail fraud?” and UPS said, “most likely”.

You have a Vestiaire account, but according to the app, you've been on vacation for weeks. Why don't you delete your account if you don't intend to sell anything there anymore?Update February 09, 2026:Justbag is attempting to delete my Trustpilot review, even though they admitted in their response to my review that they have a Vestiare account. Their unprofessional approach to other negative reviews demonstrates a lack of professionalism. Vestiare has already received a complaint from me, and I received a positive response regarding consequences for Justbag's account. Warnings about Justbag are also circulating on other platforms like Reddit!

SCAMMERS!!!

SCAMMERS!!!This website said they would take a payment plan. When I made one payment they made no specification of the timeline of payments they wanted. I asked to cancel the order and they refused to refund the money! Then I asked can I use this money towards payment for another item and they refused. What is the incentive behind that? To take customer money without offering product. They kept gaslighting me into thinking I was in the wrong and that I was stupid. I said I would call the bank and pursue legal action and they said I was “threatening” them… for stealing my money! They are such terrible awful people.

I bought a bag from Poshmark from justbag_net. The Louis Vuitton in the listing was beautiful. When I actually received the bag it was completely different. The old bag I received had a more inside pockets and the zipper pull was completely different than the one I received. The bag was horrible. Poshmark allows this to happen. After I got a refund I couldn’t even post about it on poshmark because they canceled the sale. I don’t get to leave a love note/review. I think that is totally unacceptable. So watch out for justbag.net

This company is a fraudulent company of scammers

This company is a fraudulent company. They don’t send you your purchase and steal your money and don’t give a refund. I purchased a bag from them January 24, 2025 and I never received it. I kept contacting them and always got an excuse that they were short staffed or closed due to a holiday, Chinese New Year and Ramadan etc… I have sent countless texts and messages which I have kept. I even posted a review here that they tried to have it not published claiming I wasn’t a real customer which goes to show what criminals and scum bags are running this operation. Do Not buy merchandise from them and spend your hard earned money on real reputable and established companies. Not these scammers and criminals!

They are crooks

They are crooks. Ordered a bag- it never came- tried to call, email etc- they don’t reply. Disputed charge with credit card company and got refunded. Do not buy from them!
