Lovely well made shoes

Quick delivery. The shoes were lovely, well made. I wore them for the first time for a whole day at work and they were so comfortable. The only issue was the laces were a bit short.

I ordered size 7 boot Euro 41 you sent…

I ordered size 7 boot Euro 41 you sent size 40 needless to say the boots too small. Trying to get information to send them back was a nightmare. With a returns label sent out for me to return them to Beverly Hills when I ordered from London. I have now paid to send them back to the London address.
