When I first started using JustPlay, I had no complaints about it. One million coins usually converted to $1 USD, sometimes even a little more. Now, it's unreliable. My friend had over 2 million coins and got $0.07 USD. How is that fair!? There used to be a conversion rate chart in their terms of service but I haven't been able to find it. How convenient. A year ago I had no problems earning $12 USD every day. Now, I can barely earn $6. Also, please stop having those Surge events because I NEVER get the surge amount shown. I've also noticed the amount you get for watching an ad varies from user to user. My friend gets 120,000 coins per video, someone on Facebook said she gets 50,000 coins per video, and I only get 6,000. Inconsistent with what it offers. I'm moving on from JustPlay because it's not worth it anymore.
I spent some money to meet some of the gaming goals and make a little money while I'm unemployed. Well one day 1,000,000 points equals 1$.. then after I spent 20$ to try and make 50, all the sudden 1,000,000 points is only worth 10cents. I lost out huge and spent hours of my time trying to get my score up and make a little bit of money with this website they really ought to be ashamed of themselves.. wanna make some money try prime opinion they at least tell you straight up how much everything is going to be in dollars and cents and they can't just decide and adjust the pay scale whenever they don't want to pay you out. And also just play I have numerous dead-end clicks that you fill out surveys and meet every expectation and requirement like you asked me to and you don't pay it out so then you put in a troll ticket and you just do endless loop emails and never pay you out it's really sad.
Telling me my face is associated with another account. Bulldust it is. Same phone number same me. That is so unfair. BEWARE YOU HAVE TO DO FACE RECONITION AND THAN IT TELLS YOU THAT YOU ARE ASSOCIATED WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNT. NOT TRUE HAD THIS PHONE FOR 2 YEARS. HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT. YOU HAVE BECOME SCAMMERS. RUN PEOPLE
so actually what is going on is i had issues with you guys not converting my points ro cash so SUPPORT TOLD ME TO UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL, which I did and not only did I lose all my coins (which they never told me) now I made money on here, after reinstalling and its not letting me cash out because "my face has already been associated with an accounr" when I LITERALLY DID WHAT YOU GUYS TOLD ME TO DO. All of my family and friends have just play accounts so I don't have anyone to ask to verify their face. I'm about to contact the consumer protection agency and the BBB. Also funny enough, they started acting like this after I informed them that i was disabled , so I'm about to contact the ADA AS WELL. Also it let me cash out a few times already then CONVENIENTLY now that I won a good amount-26$ its making me verify my face. This is your guys problem and I expect this to be resolved IMMEDIATELY.
The app has become extremely frustrating since December 25; the points earned are now less than a tenth of what they used to be. Additionally, it takes an hour of watching videos just to play 3 minutes of the game—no exaggeration, I've tracked it. It doesn't reward users adequately and feels like a complete waste of time. If I could rate it with zero stars, I absolutely would.
This service operates like a scam focused on ad revenue. You receive less than $1 for every 3 hours spent, no matter how much you invest. During that time, you'll end up watching ads for about 2 hours. Essentially, you're generating around $300 for them every 3 hours.
I tried to figure out when I began using this app, but I couldn't pinpoint it; I think it was around two weeks ago. I managed to withdraw $19.41, which appeared in my bank the next day, though it's a small amount. The support is automated and tends to repeat the same information, with no option for live chat. Additionally, the pop-up ads are incredibly intrusive, making it difficult to complete levels. I only engage with 2 or 3 games every couple of days, not on a daily basis.
This has been the most frustrating system I've ever encountered. The service misleads users and seems to take advantage of them financially. The games frequently freeze, and when promised payouts are mentioned, the actual amounts are far less. If there's an issue with payments, the system simply freezes and offers excuses. This has been a terrible experience overall, and I genuinely believe this service should be shut down. If you're reading this, I strongly advise against using this platform; there are much better options available. I would rate this service a negative 100 if I could.
