Finding a reliable shop can be tricky, but Uberkinky nailed it. My order (including a fantastic new paddle) arrived quickly and in very discreet packaging, which I really appreciate. The variety on the site is huge, and the items I received are high quality. Highly recommend them if you're looking for professional service. The only downside, which was no fault to this company was the delivery. I didn't realize the package required a signature for delivery and receiving the package took two extra days.
I honestly don’t know how they managed to get this so wrong. I ordered a specific item, and what I received was something completely different. Not a small variation, not a similar version — just the wrong item entirely.What makes it worse is that the order confirmation and delivery note both listed the correct product. So they clearly knew what they were supposed to send, but still shipped something else. That’s not reassuring at all. It really makes you wonder if anyone checks orders before sending them out, or if they just pack whatever is nearby and hope the customer won’t notice.The website looks professional and gives the impression that they know what they’re doing. Unfortunately, the actual service doesn’t live up to that image. When you pay for a specific product, you expect to receive that exact product. Apparently, that’s too much to ask here.This wasn’t a minor inconvenience — it’s basic reliability. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of carelessness. It completely destroys any trust in the company.Needless to say, this was my first and last purchase. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone else take the risk either.
