Ordered two XXL elevated dog beds (and a pillow) both bed personalized as well. First off let me tell you I was shocked at how quickly these personalized beds shipped. I believe it was the next day they had shipped. So impressed. Shipping too longer than I wanted but that was due to weather….i was also just super excited for the upgraded beds for the pups. Anyway, get them and one is perfect. Legs go on easily and pillow fits, names great no problem. Second one we are having problems with the leg connector at the corner. Tried a different leg and nothing worked. The circle was mis shaped. I reached out to the company, gave them pictures and explained the situation. Have to admit I was disappointed cause I felt like these were an investment and one I couldn’t use. But expressed my concern and the problem and the company absolutely made it right. Customer service was very understanding and made sure that I was ok with the solution. Will def be recommending this company. So far my Danes like the bed.
Making a purchase is straightforward, and the support team is always ready to assist with any questions. This product is fantastic, especially for those with a chewer that has ruined other beds. I highly recommend it.
I was looking for a dog bed that my heavy chewer could not destroy. Although it was a bit pricey, it was worth every penny and I look at it as a long term investment. I am sure this bed will last over 10 years. Easy to order, and put together.
I have purchased several products from K9. All items are extraordinary quality. When one had a very minor flaw my concerns were addressed quickly. Great customer service! I suppose I need to get a few more dogs so I can buy more of their products???
I have an old English Bulldog that’s 15 months old and he has completely destroyed every bed I have purchased!!Finally I bought him a K9 ballistic bed and he has tried everything to destroy it!! The only damage he has successfully done is on the cover where the zipper and Velcro meet he chewed a hole there and I couldn’t believe it K9 ballistic sent me a new cover because they have a 120 day chew guarantee!! What an excellent company!! I would recommend them 100% to anyone yes it’s expensive but I spent more overall buying and replacing cheaper beds without a warranty!!The math in my experience is K9 ballistic has a superior product and worth every penny!!Don’t get sticker shock!! The warranty and extremely good construction is worth more in my opinion Thank you K9 Ballistic for your quality service and warranty!!!
