Support is garbage. They can't seem to figure out why I get an error when withdrawaling and It says to contact kalshi support. They allow you to deposit as much as you want before being ID verified, but after you verify your id and want to withdrawal, they tell you you can't and they don't know why? This is intentionally deceptive. If ID verification is required before withdrawal it should be required for deposits too. Kalshi is trying to keep my money so I spend it before cashing out. Filing a CITC complaint tomorrow.
KALSHI SUCKS!!!!. I've signed up for a Kalshi account and CAN NOT even fund it. They say you can fund your account by PayPal debit card but you can't. I've tried like 10 times, still and fund it. Customer support sucks... there's no option to talk to anyone and I haven't ever been able to fo the customer support "chat". They obviously want people to fund their Kalshi account bt giving their bank account info so that they can post post bogus snd unauthorized charges directly to your bank account.
Worst betting app ever.This company is the worst of the worst.I referred 8 people and all the referral requirements where met and they have refused to issue me any of my referral bonuses.Plus when I message them about this issue they refused to correct it not to even mention allow you too withdrawl winnings.Im contacting the Federal Trade Commission The Gaming Commision and the Attorney General to report Kalshi scamming people and committing fraud.
I've been attempting to reach the support team for the past two months to retrieve over $1000 in winnings that were incorrectly categorized as a loss. Very positive experience! They provide interest on the funds in the account, which is fantastic! This service is reliable with fast payments, and my money feels secure.
