I really wish I had chosen a different service. Due to a delay on the first leg of my flight, I missed my connection and was not offered an alternative by the airline. I had to take a train and arrived 12 hours later than expected. A simple case that the service mishandled. Such a waste of time and a missed opportunity to hold the airline accountable for their poor service.
