Where do I start with this company !!!1, the speed of the server purchased was so slow and unresponsive it might as well not existed.2, Customer service response times can take days and can provide inaccurate and incorrect information.3, They issued me with the wrong password which meant I logged into another users account which contained all his photo ID etc, a serious breach of GDPR.4, Then eventually running after a number of days of waiting for responses, the server speed was so slow it was none existant, I use VPs for Forex trading and this platform is SOOOOO unreliable there's no way in a million years would I actually use it for live trading purposes.I wasn't able to run a simple MT5 test programme and the connection to my laptop was intermittent at best so rendering it unusable.I do not rate this service provider in any way and they only get 1 star because you can't review without a rating otherwise it would of been a zero.Avoid at all costsUpdate 21-10-25Having seen the response from Kamatera I logged into my dashboard to retrieve my complaints tickets so I can post them on here....guess what......surprise surprise they have been deleted........lets say know more eh ;-) ;-)
For years I have been trying to stop my account with them. I can't login anymore or recover my account, but they do charge me $3 a month. I have tried to contact them via their several email addresses or the contact form, but they either don't respond or stop responding after 1 email.If you want to lose your money and get nothing in return, these are the guys for you!
Straight to the point:The service itself with server performance etc. was quite good. BUT (what happened):They did not seem to accept a credit card I tried to pay with after the first two months of renting a server. After (*just*) 3 incorrect attempts, my account instantly got locked and I could not do or see ANYthing, except a message telling me in order to unlock the account, I would have to E-Mail them, attatching a video of myself clearly holding up my id and showing both sides of it next to my head.Thought: Ok that's insanely dramatic for not accepting my card just three(!) times but I'll comply to hopefully get this fixed quick. Sent the video E-Mail the *very next day* and heard nothing back for about a month. When I asked and submitted it again, support finally quickly resolved my block and I could log in again and see... OH!Turns out while your account is locked, if you don't act quickly enough, they will just DELETE your server and everything you have set up forever! Like what!?!?No way of bringing it back (immediately asked support bout that) and NO warning, notice, or ANY other form communicating this could even possibly ever happen. Nothing!Just a fun surprise for you when you finally get your account back and can log in again to continue your work or else :). VERY. FUNNY. THANKS.This company honestly needs to get their ... stuff together.If you couldn't tell, yes I'm kinda frustrated, as there has been not insignificant amounts of my work on that server, but regardless of my feelings, this just can't happen!Offering a service, disabling it for imo very insignificant reasons, having it that difficult to unlock / taking insane measures by locking it and for the unlock process, and THEN having the audacity to just permanently DELETE your work, and the worst thing of all, WITHOUT ANY further notice whatsoever!All of these objectively are just very reprehensible and disgusting, bad moves to pull of.(The interface felt old and slow too, so not a great experience there either.)I do advise you to seek a more professional and just consumer friendly alternative, because this ain't not the one!

This service is a joke. Don't use it! I lost tons of my because app for my client stopped working and noone from the support knows why and they told me that it is my fault. It happened twice. It has never happened for me before.WATCH OUT! USE ANY DIFFERENT SERVERS OR CLOUD PROVIDER!
