I loved the experience and truly hope to have the opportunity to come back. I would just recommend improving the accommodation organisation, as in my personal experience a few inconveniences occurred. They were solved on Monday, but since I arrived on Saturday, my first days were affected and there was no solution available until the start of the week.
I also heard several negative experiences from classmates staying in family homes, which is not ideal for the school’s reputation.
Finally, it seems that the course price varies depending on the student’s country of origin, and this made me feel that I may have paid more than others.
I want to share my genuine experience at this institution. While I met great people and had some good instructors, my overall experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it based on my situation. One instructor's treatment of me and other women felt uncomfortable, leading to stress and anxiety. Although the academic team listened to my concerns, they didn't offer effective solutions. The accommodation process was also problematic, with misleading information and slow responses. Furthermore, I noticed a concerning trend regarding how the institution solicits positive reviews, which feels dishonest. While it may work for some, my experience was challenging, and I advise others to conduct thorough research before deciding to study here.
I've been trying to assist my partner in canceling and obtaining a refund months prior to her course start date. Three months later, despite a written promise for a full refund, customer service has backtracked, claiming they previously mentioned a £460 service fee, and we still haven't seen any refund. This feels like a scam, so proceed with caution.
I want to express my gratitude to my instructors for the wonderful experience I've had here. This has undoubtedly been the best learning experience of my life. The institution is professional and provides excellent support to its students, both academically and in accommodation. I'm looking forward to returning next year to continue my learning journey. My classmates were also fantastic, adding to the overall enjoyment. Kudos to the entire team!
