I love all of Joel's courses. I have quite a few. I have also had wonderful assistance from the support team when I have paid for something twice :(. Very quickly dealt with. Fantastic service. Highly recommend
I took the Master class Beginners course. Joel may be a fantastic photographer but as for a teacher he is all over the place. Jumping into a subject mid sentence and not completing his thoughts. I only paid$10 so I don’t feel ripped off. Maybe have a better flow and show the outline of each course to stay on topic. I’m not a teacher but it may be helpful if you get some coaching from one. I have purchased some of Joel's courses before and found them to be very helpful. Purchased two new ones earlier in the month. After having some login problems - which were quickly resolved, the courses didn't appear in my account. I have emailed four times since to advise that the courses aren't in the account but have had no response. I have requested a refund and to cancel the order but, again have not received a response.
I like the tutorials on this channel very much and Joel helped me improving my photography. Besides that, I have to mention how fast and precise Joel and his team (Chris) are when it comes to troubleshooting concerning the tutorials on the website or other things.Thank you very much for helping and always being kind.Best regards from Germany Thomas
