Our stay at the Waipouli Beach, Resort, and Spa was superb. We were in C405. It is a 2 bedroom, 2.75 bath unit. It has a full kitchen, wash t t, dryer, living room, and a lanai. It was extremely clean and comfortable. We had a backed up drain that was taken care of the same day. The pool and deck are spacious. The Oasis restaurant has very good food. The beach is a short walk from the pool. It is located in Kapa'a, which is in the middle of Kauai. It has several places to eat a short walk or drive, as well as t he shopping area. There is a grocery store across the street. The spa is spectacular. It's not a hotel, but it has all the qualities of one.

Everything went smoothly with the whole process. We arrived about 30 minutes early to enter the unit at 3 pm, but was able to contact the management to see if we could enter early. We had to wait for clearance from the cleaning person. We didn't have to wait long.

Convenient, clean and comfortable! We travel to Kauai for an event every year in May and have stayed all over the island. This unit is by far the BEST we have found. The furnishings are comfortable; the decor is beautiful and having 2 primary suites was ideal. I won't make the mistake of staying anywhere else again.
A perfect apartment to settle on Kauai with family! App communication and information provided was terrific, there was enough daily supply items for a vacation home so no need to hurry to a supermarket. Everything was clean and nice just as shown on the pictures.
