If I could put 0 stars I would! I would avoid this company like the plague. Booked a big family holiday with them and have been trying to contact for them over the last few months regarding our booking with no reply. Doing my own research I found out the company lapse there ATOL protection licence in October 25 and the company had been working under several over names including 360 Travel Group Limited, U Select Flights, Viaje Latino, Pinoy Byahe as well as Adored Holidays. I would avoid this company on their social media they went quite from October until a few weeks ago where they have started advertising holidays again but cannot get back to their existing customers! Bunch of scammers they will take your money and then won’t hear from them again. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
i have booked with this company previousley and had no problems. So i booked again on October 2025 to go in October 2026, via wattsapp and Rosie was brilliant. I paid a deposit and was told booking details would be sent through. I remembered in Dec that I dont remember seeing the booking details so contacted them via wattsapp and was told that Rosie had left and that I was dealing with Matt. I asked for my booking details and after 3 chases and lots of promises still not recieved by Jan. So i asked for it to be cancelled and my deposit returned to which they agreed. I have had a to do a chargeback to get my deposit back, so its not guaranteed. I would avoid guys - looks like something has changed and they are now rubbish reading the 1 star reviews below
SCAM… I agreed a holiday to Dubai staying at the Atlantis last year around October time 2025. A lot of the communication was done via WhatsApp. I then had a phone call in January saying the holidays has been cancelled as they lost the contract and I need to contact the bank to get my money back because they have a new system in place and have been taken over by another group. This is a big red flag because they should have been able to return my £1150 deposit (the bank agreed). I then spoke to Alex who reassured me I could get the same deal if I booked again. I haven’t been contacted by them since and I can get hold of anyone. I have tried their WhatsApp number, number online and emails as well direct numbers. Cant get hold of anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - YOU WILL BE LET DOWN AT THE LAST MINUTETry and contact them yourself if you don’t believe me! Prices are to good to be true.
Adored Holidays is just the best at what they do. Rosie was incredible. She gave my mum and i a complete VIP service. She was warm and welcoming and taken time with us to plan out every little detail there was no feeling of pressure and when he learned it was my birthday she was so sweet about it. I have every intention of going back to them again many times in the future I was totally impressed. I can now sww why Adored holidays are such a prestigious brand after my wonderful experience.
I was happy to use adored holidays again as my previous holidays have been faultless. Chris again took care of all quotes and bookings. Very happy with service provided and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and Chris. Thankyou

★★★★★ service as always from Chris! We had a beautiful honeymoon in Dubai at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, stepping out of the snow and into the sunshine was bliss. From the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out. The hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly and the food was lovely, we would definitely advise booking the à la carte restaurants for lunch & evening meal times as soon as they allow you to at 11am each day on your QR code the hotel gives you on your arrival paper work, as the food quality there is on a much higher level.(the steak house being the best) If you book an a la carte restaurant for 8.30 pm you can watch the live music each evening whilst eating.The mojito cocktail bar was beautiful and served premium alcoholic cocktails, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The live music around the hotel throughout the day and evening created such a lovely atmosphere. We were also lucky enough to receive a room upgrade — room 3303 was absolutely stunning.Overall, we had a truly pleasant stay. A huge thank you once again to Chris for arranging exactly what we asked for. Adored Holidays are always reliable, helpful, and go above and beyond to find you the perfect holiday. Highly Reccommend!
Terrible experience — avoid at all costs.I have booked three holidays with this company and somehow every single one has been worse than the last, which honestly feels impossible.On two separate occasions, despite having written confirmation that our hotel was booked, we arrived to find out it was never booked or was cancelled the day before travel. The first time this happened was with a group of 20 people. The second time was with my young family, which is completely unacceptable.Both times we were left stranded, stressed, and scrambling to find alternative accommodation. Eventually, they dumped us into a random room for two days, only to force us to move again for the rest of the stay. No organisation, no accountability, no care for their customers.This company has shown total incompetence and zero regard for the people trusting them with their holidays. After three chances, I can confidently say I would never use them again and strongly advise others to stay far away.They have gone to the extent of now blocking my number after I have called them to see what can be done regarding this. Alex (one of the seniors) actually agreed it was a massive 'c##k up' on their end and apparently he was going to come back to me after speaking with his director regarding me and the bad experiences I have had to see what options they can give, instead it seems they have decided to block my number and forget about me as a customer who has spent over 10k with them within the last 18 months alone!I can confidently say I would never use them again and strongly advise others to stay far away!If I could give zero, I would!
