Review Time
This room is out dated and run down. Paint is peeling off the walls,ceiling and bathroom sill. No pictures were provided of bathroom,pseudo closet or parking lot view from the front. Barely enough room for 2 persons luggage. After a long flight from San Diego we were very disappointed once we arrived at our unit. We will never stay there again.
This is our second time staying here. It's very convenient as it's in the middle of everything and down the street from the airport. Safeway and ABC is directly across the street and a few miles from Costco. We stayed in B202 for our last trip and have a two bedroom with full kitchen, laundry and two 1/2 bathrooms. The problem with this particular room is the employee gate to the pool/cafe is right in front of one of the bedrooms so you start hearing them open and shut the gate constantly starting at 5:30 in the morning. This room didn't provide chairs or coolers for the beach. Some rooms do so read full description of what is included in your stay. They do let you get 6 towels for the pool per day but will charge you $25 if you don't return by your check out day. View to pool and beach with three balconies. Enjoyed our cooked meals on our private patio. There is "quiet hours" so no hanging out on the balcony past 10pm.
When you rent a place - it's always a concern that lives it up the pictures. This condo is great. Has everything you need and I mean everything. Our lives have been crazy lately and meeting our adult children here was just what we all needed. The lanai is wonderful. I could stay there all day but of course there is too much to do in Kauai to keep you in your condo all day. The unit was clean and fully stocked with plenty of towels and beach gear. I would stay here again.
