The builder has also been exceptionally nice, prompt, and courteous in addressing my questions, following up on necessary changes, and thoroughly addressing the snagging report from my surveyor. Additionally, the contractor and customer service have quickly scheduled appointments to resolve issues with the walls, roof, radiator, and other areas shortly after my purchase. My partner and I sincerely hope that the company will continue to engage a reliable management service for ongoing maintenance and inspections after the initial two-year repair period.

A year ago, I was searching for a home near the city center and discovered Mill Vale, where I instantly fell in love with the show home. Despite concerns about potential delays and hidden problems with new builds, I decided to reserve the plot. Throughout the year, the team in the sales office provided consistent updates on the property's progress. I was initially stressed about stamp duty changes, fearing the property wouldn’t be completed on time. However, on March 31, 2025, the property was completed as promised, and it looked exactly like the show home. After a professional snagging, I found no major issues, only some minor cosmetic fixes. I am very grateful for what the sales and site teams accomplished. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience. I would 100% recommend this company.

From reserving my plot in September to moving in December, nothing has been too much trouble. There was constant communication and reassurance throughout the process. I am very disappointed with the workmanship. The kitchen worktop was poorly installed, causing water damage, and the company refused to address it. The internal wall painting was subpar, and I noticed many defects after moving in. There was a leakage in the shower room causing flooring damage, and the front door was not air-tight, leading to a cold hallway. I regret purchasing a new build from this company.
If this company begins construction on your street, consider moving, as you will face disruptions for years. They often perform shoddy work that requires redoing, leading to constant noise and loss of parking. Their promises of minimal disruption are far from reality, as they have repeatedly torn up the street and left gardens in disarray. This has ruined the tranquility of the neighborhood and created a negative living environment.
