Disappointing product performance

The machines are very disappointing. I've purchased at least four in the last three years, and they cease functioning within a few months. I use filtered water, so the issue is clearly with the machines. My most recent one lasted only two months, and I've had enough. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Very dissatisfied with the coffee maker.

I am very dissatisfied with the coffee maker. The descaling process is frustrating, and the noise is excessive. I used to have a different brand and plan to return to that. This coffee maker was a complete waste of money.

New coffee maker failed within three months

I purchased a new single-serve coffee maker from an authorized retailer, and it failed within three months. None of the lights work, leaving me unable to tell if it's on or how many cups it's brewing. I submitted a warranty claim with all necessary documentation, but it was declined with irrelevant reasons. The customer service was rude and unhelpful. They insisted I must ship the defective unit back before considering a replacement, a requirement not mentioned in the warranty. I'm left without a functional coffee maker and extremely frustrated with the lack of support. If you're considering this model, think again. There are numerous negative reviews about defects and poor service; I wish I had seen them first.

Avoid purchasing directly from this company!! It's better to buy their products from a third-party retailer! During the ordering process, their website claimed I would receive an order confirmation and shipping details, which never happened until I contacted customer service. They informed me that confirmation emails are only sent if an account is set up, despite having my email. After asking to speak with a supervisor, I finally received the order number and tracking info. Once an order is placed, there's no way to cancel it, even if it hasn't shipped. Additionally, they don't extend the return period after Christmas for gifts. This company is poorly managed and has many unhappy customers!

Why even offer a one-year warranty?

I bought a single-serve coffee maker, and it stopped functioning within three months. While the support person was helpful, my warranty claim was denied despite having the receipt and serial number.
