We originally went with another reputable estate agent, to sell our house, after hearing Keystones pitch. What followed was months of dawdling and sand kicking as the only strategy was adjusting price on rightmove. We received limited feedback and updates and we had to chase all the time. We had 4 viewings in about six months.In our exhaustion we decided to change estate agent to Keystone and we couldn't have been happier with the sharp contrast. It may look like Keystone takes a higher percentage but they're also providing you with a far superior service. Prompt response to enquiries, fantastic marketing , great methods for tracking the sale, the difference was night and day. We had so many email notifications of viewings it was hard to keep up. All of these viewings ended up in numerous offers that enabled us to get far more than was quoted by our initial estate agent, we gained upwards of £10,000 thanks to Sammie and the team at Keystone.Time is money and Keystone don't mess about when it comes to either. Couldn't recommend them more!
From the very start, this Company really cared about the people they were helping.On a particularly difficult house move because of our incompetent solicitors, Sophie did an amazing job of keeping everyone informed and up to date with the process, and was a superb intermediate between their seller and us as buyers.Keystone really do go above and beyond in our opinion, and made a painfully slow process bearable with their friendly and professional approach. For such a young age, Sophie is a real asset to this business and is extremely good at her job. I would not hesitate in using Keystone if and when we sell our new home in the future.
Keystone are absolutely fantastic! 5 stars just isn’t enough!If you’re looking for an estate agent that is proactive in every aspect of their job then keystone is the one for you. They never leave you in the dark about your sale and are always pushing to get the sale through as quickly and efficiently as possible. Selling a house is a huge stress but with keystone it was a stress free smooth process from the valuation all the way through to completion, I can’t recommend keystone enough
Keystone sold our property back in September 25 and we also bought our new property through them aswell. They were amazing from.start to finish. There is a reason why they are the top agents in the area. Their social media presence is second to none and all of this nowadays makes a massive difference when selling/buying your home. We were assigned Sammie along with Beth and could not fault either of them. Their communication was amazing and were so quick and efficient at getting back from queries and keeping us in the loop for every step. It made selling and moving a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
