Very informative and supportive course

I am more than half way through my course and have published two books so far. The coaching is amazing and everyone is very supportive and friendly. It has truly exceeded my expectations even though my progress is relatively slow in comparison to others - but that depends more on your time, creativity and finances.

Good efforts but could be a little better

Sophie and her team are always so helpful and it is nice to have weekly meetings to clarify your questions. But if the support team can get back to the email ASAP then it would be great. Once, I did wait for 3-4 days to get my reply but the answer couldn't really help anymore.

I highly recommend the KPI Program - here’s why

I'm just about to publish my first book after starting the KPI program in late August 2024. I really love this program and have no regrets although it's been a slower process than anticipated. On the upside, the initial program is priced fairly and provides numerous DIY resources for support, including detailed training modules with checklists and assessments at the end of each lesson (love these) along with multiple recorded sessions that offer extremely relevant information plus access to live group Q/A meetings that allow some interaction with others at similar levels of progress. The downside is little to no one-on-one support without the additional purchase of Kindle Express. I've no doubt it's a fantastic program that accelerates the speed to market, but like so many, I simply can't afford anything beyond the initial payout at this time. The destination is the same, but the journeys are a little different.Having said that, my biggest criticism is about the frequent emails that build up "special events" that promise additional resources to help advance your business more quickly, only to discover the big event is another upsell presentation for K-Express. A great offer, but a little bit of a buzz-kill.Even so, Sophie and her team have put together a stellar program. She and everyone on her team are upbeat, positive, and very knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions and offer support. I've also contacted their customer support team via email several times and received very quick responses. Again, I have zero regrets and look forward to establishing a successful Kindle publishing business. I am extremely grateful to Sophie and the entire team for the opportunity to build something bigger than I ever could have imagined.P.S. I read a recent review that criticized the cost of the entry program -- the person stated, "At that price, I'll do it myself." Really? I'd like to see that. The whole point of the KPI program is to provide access to the harnessed power, knowledge and savvy of those who've successfully been there done that, so you don't have to reinvent the wheel. Of course, if you'd rather do all the work and have about $20,000 to spare, go for it. That’s the all-in cost a colleague paid to self-publish her book on Amazon last week. It was an immediate best seller and I’m thrilled for her. But $20,000? I don’t have those kind of resources. Do you? Something to think about.

The Pivot year event was informative…

The Pivot year event was filled with informative and useful information for those new and already experienced in direct publishing. The use of AI to speed up the research and initial drafting process is definitely a game changer and the presenters explained the process well. The four hour format was long enough, it did go over time which made staying all the way through it a challenge.

Well worth the investment....

I signed up to the KPI programme after a video of Sophie flashed up on my Insta account. I was quite taken with Sophie and her explanation of how you could start up your own publishing business if you followed the KPI programme. It felt like a big leap of faith, but so far I have enjoyed engaging in the programme, and it is a GENUINE opportunity to learn new skills and possibly make some money at the same time.

The support and guidance has been tremendous. I have found the resources and coaching videos very helpful to be able to return to as a when necessary. It is still early days but feel confident this is going to be an exciting revenue stream.

Easy to follow and up to date

I love that KPI sessions have coaches who talk to you rather than at you and have been ( or still going) along the same path. Also they are always adapting to keep up with the latest, but they try before they teach.
