I’m not a “tech savvy ” at all. The support team in San Diego was wonderful. They walked me through the entire installation process on Zoom. I feel very supported and the system is running smoothly.
Didn't show up to my appointment. Had an appointment scheduled, they didn't show up. I reached out and they send they were going to send me a recorded meeting and additional information and never did. Waste of time. Update 3/6/25 - I was sent a "cease and desist" email for the review I left this company. I can only assume how many other people they've tried this on who've left a bad review. My review is my opinion and my experience only. I will not take it down even if they're trying to scare me with legal action. This just shows what an absolutely pathetic company this is, trying to hide all their bad reviews.
