If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I paid for an end-of-lease carpet cleaning with pet treatment as required by the real estate agency, and the service was not delivered as agreed.
The technician arrived unaware that we had pets and without the proper equipment, had to leave to get another machine, and showed clear dissatisfaction about the situation.
The edges of the entire apartment were not cleaned — we had to do this ourselves.
The pet treatment that was specifically requested was not applied. We only discovered this after receiving the receipt.
The carpet inside the cupboard was not cleaned, and this was never communicated beforehand.
The receipt was written unprofessionally and even stated the carpet would need to be vacuumed again after the service.
No one confirmed or clarified the required treatment; it was simply not done.
When I contacted the company, Simone, who identified herself as the owner, asked for 24 hours to respond despite this being an urgent end-of-lease situation. There was no proactive effort to resolve the issue.
I was then contacted by the technician, who was rude and asked me to repeat everything, instead of the matter being handled internally. I was sent back and forth between them.
I proposed a reasonable solution: technician to come back and apply the flea treatment ( and I pay for it) that wasn’t performed and return to complete the unfinished edges. As we were at work, they would need to collect the keys from the nearby agency. Simone insisted on charging an additional fee just to pick up the keys. When I refused, she became hostile, stated they had done nothing wrong, refused further service and any refund, and hung up on me.
I paid for a service that was not delivered and now risk losing part of my bond. I am out more than $620 between what I paid and the potential bond loss.
This was unprofessional, poorly managed, and unacceptable. I would not recommend this service.

These guys are the most careless unprofessional people to a point it’s beyond ridiculous. There was a man with long hair and a man bun who was extremely rude and his attitude was disgusting. but also showed a complete lack of courtesy and effort in their work. From the moment they arrived, the guy was dismissive and unpolite, making rude comments when I pointed out unsatisfactory results. They barely put any effort and done a quick unprofessional job leaving my couch looking almost the same, and it was clear they had no interest in doing a proper job. Please don’t fall for their fake reviews; save your money and seek a service that genuinely values its customers and delivers quality work elsewhere. Please from the bottom of my heart don’t get your cleaning service from here
Had a 3 bedroom house with sofas and tiles to be cleaned. they were in a terrible state so Samir came and helped and got them to a much better level to what they used to be. Samir was very helpful and took his time to get the all the fabric in a better state. Great value for money as well
From the time I spoke to Simone till the time the Mark the technician arrived - the entire process was seamless. I really appreciate the half an hour warning prior to arrival which helped me plan my day. The carpet was stained and they managed to clean it as much as possible but as the stain was an old stain, some of it stayed but they were upfront with it before they started the work.
Technician arrived on time which was the only positive experience. I have used them once before and they did an excellent job on that occasion. On this occasion did a disgraceful job paid $154 for lounge/dining and hallway STAINS ARE STILL THERE AND IF POSSIBLE MORE PROMINENT I expected more. Would not recommend this company
