The new owner is terrific, and the fact that she hired one of the previous owner's family members to work with her is perfect. I've always enjoyed the people with Rudy's, so it is nice to know that experience with continue. Oh, and they did a very nice job on my rug. :-)
I brought my wool living room area rug to Rudy's for cleaning. They did a beautiful job and the rug looks great. I also had them cut a new custom rug pad for me, and that is very nice. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. They cleaning took a couple of weeks.
Your guys are did a great job! Trust them and do not base their job performance on surveys. Surveys are annoying for customers (we get one for everything now!) and customers often only provide reviews when things are bad. These guys are great and easy to work with! Thank you, but don’t spam my inbox and get to know your employees.
