I can't even begin to express the amount of time and money wasted on this company; I'm incredibly frustrated! Just a warning to anyone considering a purchase: this company is no longer the friendly, helpful brand known for quality products. It's a disgrace—DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I can only give this company one star because the system won't allow me to give none. This company is disgraceful. I received an expensive kettle as a Christmas gift that broke after just two months. I returned it on March 4th and spent over two hours on the phone (they don't acknowledge emails). I was promised a replacement within 10-14 days on March 24th, but as of April 14th, nothing has arrived. I spent another 35 minutes on the phone today without any response. Nobody should purchase from this disreputable company.
UPDATE - I spoke with a 'customer service agent,' if they can even be called that, and had a terrible experience. I was laughed at, mocked, and denied the chance to escalate my issue or speak with management. I was blamed for not opening a Christmas gift within 14 days of ordering it—absolutely appalling! One employee's behavior was disgraceful. DO NOT PURCHASE! I've lost £500. I will contact consumer advocacy groups. They are running a scam, boxing faulty goods to deceive customers—it's criminal!
It broke very quickly.. I have sent it to repair and still same problem. I have bought a new model double the price and shakes very bad while on even if I use just half a kg of dough, I have sent it 3 times to be repaired and came back scratched,bended and still has the initial problem . I will never buy from them anymore and not recommend to anyone! Avoid!
Kitchen Aid is. Rubbish company. I bought kitchen aid direct from company website in December and it’s broken down in April and after that I send it 3 times for repair and it’s still not working. When I said please exchange it or give me money back. They are refusing. Even they stop replying on the mail. I send them 3 mails in 1 week. They not replying. Please carefull when you buying KitchenAid from company.
Wow Would not have given any stars if I had that choice On my 2nd variable temp Kettle which needs returning as not working properly Expensive product with a lid that take 10+ attempts to open to fill with water… again.Contacted them, absolutely no chance of a refund apparently Got to send the kettle back for repair or another replacement Not interested in a 3rd attempt of this kettle, that should be straight forward in using surely? 🤬However, it looks like I have no choice at all … disappointed and cross Do not purchase anything from KitchenAid !!!!You only have 14 days to get a refund and that’s that !!!Expensive mistake Never again
My wife bought a KitchenAid blender a year ago and it was working fine, but then started to make a terrible noise and it sounded like the motor had gone. So we contacted Kitchen Aid and they sent us a label for DPD courier and said they would repair it. 2 months later it finally arrived and we took it out of the box and plugged it in and it made the same noise! It was like they hadn't done anything at all. So i contacted them again and they said we needed to send it back for another repair... and so the merrygoround begins... What a waste of time and money. The customer service guy says they don't take complaints. I wish I had read the reviews on here beforehand, i might have avoided this nightmare.
KitchenAid gas range 15 months old. We did not buy the extended warranty because it’s a KitchenAid and we fully expected it to last longer than 15 months. It was three months out of warranty and they would not help us with a $575 repair that needs to be done. They offered us a warranty for $450 to cover the repair but the point is that I didn’t think should have to pay for this repair at all on such a young range with the KitchenAid name. We did our research ahead of time and I wish I would’ve known about this review platform. I would’ve looked here first. Long story short, we did not do the repair. We bought a different brand stove and also with a three year warranty for $86 as opposed to $450 for one year warranty which was KitchenAid’s way of “helping”us. I said no thank you I’m still paying for this very expensive warranty just to get my 15 month old range fixed. Needless to say I’m done with the KitchenAid brand. Customer service was very anemic to put it nicely
