I cancel my membership because I…

I cancel my membership because I thought I only order a mystery box in cheapest price. But, I was shocked they topped-up my card and they automatic deduct my account without my consent. And I feel I was scammed by this site. Imani is one who help me to resolve the concern/issue to cancel my membership. I know and believe she will help in this issue. Hoping for your kind consideration.

I emailed them regarding the auto deduction without consent. They responded saying they will refund. When I checked my bank account there was another deduction and the account was already canceled. This is a scam.

I just happy with Doris who is resolved my problem when they took money from my bank account without any reason and the third party scam website took details what is absolute not acceptable I hope she sorted everything.
