I ordered a top and split chiffon pants from MSGlamor. I was very pleased with my order, the fabrics were lovely and the items were well made. However, the top wasn’t right for me and the pants were too long. I sent a request for return through email. Customer Service answered right away and was very helpful, they made the process easy. Options were given for what would work best for me. I chose to replace with a different size and color top and pants. I am pleased with their customer service, they made the process easy. My replacement is on the way.

I had a wonderful experience with MSglamor. I ordered a mother of the bride dress and it was absolutely beautiful. It is exactly like the picture and the quality is gorgeous.

The size I ordered turned out to be too big. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me a smaller size with no hassle. The process was easy and stress free.

I am impressed by both the quality of the dress and the exceptional customer service. I would absolutely order from them again!
