Absolutely excellent I could not fault anything the service brilliant the machine brilliant and the price very competitive a***I hired a mini digger from kjb and was very happy they delivered to my house nice and early so I was able to commence work as soon as I wanted to and the digger worked very well to do the task I needed it for also kjb were very helpful and changed the buckets over for me on delivery The digger was picked up later that evening and it had aloud me to get a full days work out of it I topped it up with diesel and there were no hidden charges or cost the price was what it was 👍👌 I will be using kjb again for definite if I need any other big tools in the future for sure I do want to apologise that this review has taken a while since I had hired the digger Thanks kjb
Fast delivery, great communication, and genuinely friendly service. I was even helped to bring the bulky dehumidifier inside. Extending my rental for a few weeks was effortless, and when I was done, the pickup was arranged promptly with an ETA so I didn’t have to wait around. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I’m usually hesitant to recommend services to friends and family in case their experience differs, but in this case, I wouldn’t hesitate at all.
Was very easy to use their website. Had to contact them as it was a last minute hire for a wacker plate. Was very reliable and friendly. Quick service and good value for money. Put the order through on Friday afternoon to be delivered for Saturday then collected Saturday afternoon once we had finished with it. Very friendly and would happily use again for future.
