I'm really surprised to see a rating of only 3.5 out of 5. I ordered two candle lava lamps for my fireplace, and they both look fantastic and function perfectly. Even though it's January and we're not using the fireplace for warmth, the lamps are doing an excellent job and add great ambiance. We are thrilled with our purchase and plan to get a retro vinyl lamp next. I've always loved lava lamps, and discovering that the company is the original manufacturer made me eager to try theirs. I'm so pleased with the two candle lamps I bought and can't wait to get another one to enjoy alongside the others.
This is my second order, and I felt it necessary to leave a review. For my first order, the wrong color was shipped. They replaced the bases without issues, but the flow on both bottles was quite poor. For my second order, I chose an 'in stock' lamp that hasn't arrived after two weeks. The order was marked as complete, yet the delivery service never received it. After several attempts to get answers, I was finally told it was out of stock but would arrive soon. I waited for updates but had to cancel the order due to lack of communication. The only positive part was the smooth refund process, but overall, the experience was frustrating.

Even premium products can have issues, but the way the company handled my situation was exemplary. I contacted customer service about a problem with my lamp, and they responded quickly, offering to send replacement bulbs. I expected delays due to the holiday season, but they arrived within 48 hours. Their commitment to quality service is clear, and I plan to order another lamp soon.
I bought my second lamp this week. Although the price has increased since my first purchase five years ago, it remains worth the cost. The lamp is impressive at 43cm tall and holds about 1.5L. It's well-made with quality materials, and the wax flows beautifully after about 1.5 hours. However, the bulbs tend to have a short lifespan, so handle them carefully during installation. The design has a bit of play in the base, which can be a little annoying. Overall, it's a stunning product that's a level above cheaper alternatives.
I ordered a lamp weeks ago and have only received sporadic and unclear responses from customer service. Recently, I stopped getting replies regarding the status of my order. At this point, I'm questioning the reliability of the process due to the lack of transparency. I hope to receive clarification soon and that the product meets my expectations when it finally arrives.
