They kept in constant communication with me. They let me know if something was out of order or wasn't in stock. Gave me the option to pick something else. I received it rather quickly once all that was taken care of and the smells are amazing. I will be ordering some more. I am extremely satisfied and happy with this
I made an order for their buy 2 get 1 free deals. I didn't receive a confirmation of my purchase nor tracking information, but my credit card was billed by Klone Scents Rock Springs USA. I contacted them, with a screenshot of my Mastercard history. They said I must have used a competitor because they dont have a record of it. They treated me like it was my fault.
Took forever to arrive. From China as per shipping. Scent does not smell like original. Highly recommend to NOT BUY FROM THEM!! The high star reviews are more than likely FAKE!
I ordered product online and waited over a month for it to not arrive. I messaged the business and got a response. It’s now a further three weeks and still nothing.

I ordered three perfumes from Khlonescents and I must I have no bad words to describe their products “worst than garbage” upon contacting olivia and Jaq from the Khlone team and asking to return the products they sent me an email stating I must pay for the shipping as well as pay $3.99 USD per bottle!!! Seriously ridiculous!
I purchased on 1/8/2026. I send them emails because the only way to communicate with them. 1st email that I send them asking them about a tracking info they responded with send me your address and day of purchase and email used. I send them that info and they respond sorry we dont have any info that you purchased something. I send them copy of receipt and emails from klone they respond oh you purchased from other klone company. I show them email from there company accepting my payment. They stop responding to me I send them 4 emails. Have not heard from them.
I never received my order. I contacted customer service and they said they will refund me $50 of my order and resend my order.

It's been 14 days since I placed my order, and I'm still waiting for a tracking number. I've reached out via email three times, but now my messages are bouncing back. I hope the fragrance will be worth the wait when it finally arrives. This service has been very disappointing.
I ordered a set of 3, specifically asking for 2 of one scent and 1 of another. Instead, they disregarded my request and sent me one of each scent. To make matters worse, I got a notification a month later about a charge to my credit card. They automatically enrolled me in their "VIP" monthly subscription without my consent. I managed to cancel, but only after being charged. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
