The front staff was so rude! They were literally swearing. Very unprofessional. Very unwelcoming. Once they ended a call with a client, the gossip about the person. Very loudly, it made me, feel uncomfortable! My visit with the nutritionist was a very good, but I cannot go to a place where I don’t feel comfortable with the receptionist. Will not be coming back. Will not be recommending to others.This was the Elgin,IL location
Not really knowing what to expect, I was immediately put at ease by the friendly staff. Dr. Azonobi was very attentive, spent lots of time listening and talking with me. When she told me “you are not alone” it seriously brought tears to my eyes. I’m very excited about my journey with this office.
Know well has never treated me as if I needed to diet but as a person who just needs help with some issues with food. They normalized my issues and even recognized that my overeating is a disease and needs treatment and care. They are wonderful, flexible and so easy to work with! Love them!!
I highly recommend this option.The process was simple, easy to use, and the Dr. really took the time to care for your needs and asked me how I felt about the process. I am still early on with the program but would highly recommend this as an option.
