Given that this item shipped from Europe, the delivery was quicker than many products I've received domestically. The adapter I needed was unavailable at multiple locations in the US, and the manufacturer has ceased production of this adapter. I appreciate having found it and receiving it so promptly.
I ordered a shotgun along with a spare magazine from a certain seller. While the shotgun arrived on time, instead of the magazine I had paid for, they sent a low-quality flashlight instead. When I reached out to the support team, their response was far from acceptable. Rather than apologizing and promptly sending the missing item, they focused solely on having me return the flashlight. When I inquired about my paid item, they mentioned they would review the security footage of the packaging process. I waited several days for a response, but no one got back to me. Upon following up, they ignored my inquiry about the footage and the missing item, only asking if I had returned the flashlight yet. They seemed more concerned about their low-quality product than about the expensive item they failed to deliver to a customer. There was a complete lack of customer focus and accountability. They made a mistake, disregarded my concerns, and treated me as if I were the issue. I will not shop here again and strongly recommend others avoid this seller.
