This guy throws out useless offers

This guy throws out useless offers. He does NO research on the area and sends out mass mailings. Offered 13k on a lot I just sold for 38k. Offered 26k on 2 lots that are going for 65k. He does NOT know the areas or the market values. His offers are useless.

I (with my two brothers and sister) recently sold a vacant lot in Lake Placid, FL to David Krebs of Krebs Realty. He approached us via a letter of interest to purchase the property with a very fair offer. We had received previous offers and his offer was the best to date. He handled all the details (purchase agreement, title company, closing costs). He communicated via email which made the process very efficient since we all live in different parts of the US.
