Absolutely unacceptable service!

This does not even warrant a star! I placed my order on November 19th, and as of December 15th, there’s still no sign of delivery. The shipping updates have been extremely unclear, and the customer support has been utterly unhelpful. To make things worse, they are unwilling to provide a refund, despite my nearly month-long wait with no updates on my order. This service was not upfront about shipping times, leaving me frustrated and unable to use the product this season. Spare yourself the hassle — it’s definitely not worth it.

Misleading advertising

The advertising is misleading. The garland appears sparse and thin. If doubling up the garland is necessary for a fuller look, that should be mentioned. The display in the advertisement showed a full appearance, but the garland I received did not match that. Additionally, I ordered five strands but only received four, with no credit applied to my account. They were prompt in processing my payment but have yet to address the shortage.

AWFUL! Complete scam!

AWFUL! Complete scam! I never received my order even though the tracking says it was delivered. I reached out to the support team with several pieces of evidence proving it wasn’t delivered, but they stopped responding. It feels like they’re taking money and possibly personal information. The items ship from overseas, and the garlands others received don't match the advertisement either! AVOID THIS SELLER!

Terrible Experience

This is a terrible experience! I never received my order, even though the tracking says it was delivered. I reached out to customer service with proof of non-delivery, but they stopped responding. It feels like they're stealing money and possibly personal information. The products I've seen others receive don't match the advertisements either! Avoid making any purchases here.

Total Scam!

This is a total scam! The garlands I received look nothing like what was shown online. After waiting two weeks, the quality is awful and it has a strange smell. When I tried to get a refund, they wanted me to pay for shipping back to China or just accept a 15% refund. Don't fall for this trap.

Complete Scam

Total scam! The product is poorly made and doesn't match the description at all. The garland was advertised as 6 feet long, but it measures less than 5 feet. It's incredibly thin and looks terrible. Thankfully, it was only around $15 with a discount, but getting a refund is a joke. They offered a 10-15% refund and no return label. They expect me to pay $30-$40 for return shipping for a full refund. This is not how it should work. I'm determined to warn others about this fraudulent company.

Long Wait for Nothing

It's been three weeks since I placed my order. It was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 days, which is completely false. I can assure you, it takes much longer. The reviews are overwhelmingly negative. I'm contacting my credit card company to cancel the order. I've emailed them twice without a response. The tracking is unreliable, and this is a total scam. Avoid ordering from here.

Misleading Advertising

I ordered three strands of garland for $54.90, and it's nothing like what was advertised. It took forever to arrive and came in a small bag, all squished together. If I could give negative stars, I would. This product is worthless.
