Once again, job done speedily and thoroughly (despite less than ideal weather conditions), improving sound and heat performance, while new doors greatly improved access.
My door was professionally done at a high standered. I would recomend Dean of K&S to anyone looking to upgrade their doors. Very professional, turned up early, polite, explained everything about the door that we needed to know. He left the area tidy. Thank you Dean
Everyone was helpful and informative from the initial contact, through the technical visit, to the day of installation.Dean the fitter was very professional and the result was outstanding. The patio doors are a massive improvement and I can already notice the cold air is missing.
Must admit I was somewhat apprehensive initially to replacing our 25 year old windows, 8 in all plus a back door. Decided on Kent & Sussex Home Improvements as the approach was very professional, clear, and I found openly honest. ( yes I did look at many reviews on the web before deciding). Once committed, the next hurdle was the day for the job to go ahead. Dean and Christian turn up and they were, for want of a better word fantastic, very through, very pleasant, covered everything, and at the end of each day left the place neat and tidy on completion. Job took about 4 days.Yes I would recommend them and the company to any one considering the replacement of windows, doors etc, and yes of course you can always find cheaper companies somewhere but these guys really showed why customer service does matter. The house now warms up quicker, stays warmer longer and the new back door looks fantastic.PS: The whole job only cost me just over a dozen tea bags and more than few cups of coffee !! ( joking)
My daughter and son-in-law needed new bay windows, and I was present throughout the process.The salesman was not pushy, gave a competitive quote, and explained the procedure fully.The surveyor was efficient and thorough.Paul and Dave, the fitters, were polite and friendly, and took every precaution to avoid dirt and damage in the house. They were very efficient, completing the work in a timely fashion and making good the unavoidable damage to the external rendering. There is no damage at all to the internal decorations, and the new windows look smart and are now draught-proof.Overall, a company we would thoroughly recommend.
I wish to compliment the staff of Howlett Roofing for their efforts in reroofing our rear extension during the past few days; their attention to detail, the quality of the work and their perseverance during a very wet Tuesday.They were also extremely courteous and they left the site very clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend them should the opportunity arise.
I couldn't be more pleased. We had all the glass and plastics in our old conservatory replaced as it was quite tatty and tended to be either too hot or cold. Instead of the glass roof we had before, we went for a solid one, with timber, tiles, insulation and plastering. We also had six spotlights fitted into the new ceiling with wiring added. It was done at the end of January and beginning of February, so a bit of a worry with all the rain, but they managed to work around it to get things done quickly while keeping everything waterproof. All the installers were polite, did great work and left things tidy at the end of each day. We now have a brilliant conservatory we can actually use throughout the year.
I'm thoroughly impressed by the high caliber of the product, which includes both a replacement patio door and a full conservatory. Dave and Jon, the installation duo, exceeded expectations by going the extra mile to cater to all our requirements during the installation process. A big thank you to K&S!
