Arrival was fine. ( 2 stars) The boot looks like cheap patented leather that is shiny. Disappointing. I hope they will accept the return. I own several purses & love them! But these failed miserably.

Ordered online paid for the gift box and paid for a gift tag item arrived with our gift box or gift tag that I was charged for calledFour times for help and what I was told was it’s just a gift box you got to time purschased do you really need the box o said I paid for a gift box than I was told well we will review and decide so I had to than try to get the 13 dollars Refunded and they thought I was being extra for something I paid than it too two weeks to get the gift box I paid for

I have had multiple problems with order from your company. The latest is that my package has had no tracking for about three weeks. I have ordered the same pair of shoes for times, and it's never shipped because it is out of stock, but still showing up in the inventory.
