I ordered a purse that match the sandals. I only received the sandals and was refunded the purse. I ordered base on the matching set. I was also able to add 3 other purses to the order that matched the sandals I already have and my order was canceled, after I received confirmation. Out of the 8 items I ordered I only received 4.
I want to mention that I have yet to receive my 40% loyalty reward. Additionally, I'm unable to track my purchase. If I buy a bag, why does a box cost $10? It's important to value your customers. I prefer not to receive my bag in a plastic bag. When I'm finished using my purse, I'd like to store it in the box to maintain its color and minimize wear and tear.
I'm absolutely in love with this brand. The materials are high quality, durable, and visually stunning. I receive countless compliments on my bags. Everything is just perfect! Each item has met my expectations and even exceeded them.
I did not receive my package and have been in constant communication with the company and the shipping service. I filed a report as requested, but there has been no follow-up. The customer service is lacking, and it feels as though they do not care about their customers.
As of January 3, 2026, I have yet to receive my refund for the returned item purchased on November 29, 2025. The order was returned to the shipping service on December 8, 2025, and it has now been over 14 days without any credit to my account. I kindly request that the total amount of $372.12 be refunded to my credit card. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I placed an order on 12/19 and opted for express delivery, which was advertised as 2 days. I got a notification that my order was processed on 12/20, followed by another message stating it would arrive on 12/26 between 5 PM and 8 PM. This is after Christmas. I'm very disappointed as my daughter won't receive her gifts in time for the holiday.
