Fast delivery but poor service from delivery company

The item arrived quickly, but the delivery service was poor. They left it in our letterbox without ringing the bell, and I only found out it had arrived through someone else. The driver claimed he handed it to me!

Ear covers for noise cancelling headset didn't fit

I ordered new ear covers for my noise-cancelling headset. The delivery took quite a while, and the covers don't fit properly; they fall out of the shell. I paid a premium for a European supplier instead of a Chinese one, but this product is useless. Total waste of money.

Product didn't meet expectations

The case color was not as advertised, it was already opened, all links on the website directed me to another platform, and it was chipped at the top. Overall, I rate it 6/10—not great, but not terrible, considering the cost was around 20 dollars for two cases.
