They advertise that they look for trade-ins so I sent them a detailed list with four firearms I was looking to trade in and one very expensive firearm I was looking to purchase. Two weeks and three emails later, no response to my question about the value of my trade-ins. They apologized several times and promised to respond quickly, but they never did. I finally gave up.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SHAM, THEY SELL PRODUCTS FROM OTHER WAREHOUSES, I BOUGHT 5 DIFFERENT ITEMS, NOT RECIEVED YET, AND I WAS CHARGED 3 DIFFERENT SHIPPING CHARGES FOR THE ITEMS, 3 DIFFERENT SHIPPING LOCATIONS. NEVER AGAIN, IF I EVEN GET THE PRODUCTS!

Processing times could be better

I have been buying from them for some time now. If you find what you want in stock and priced fairly reasonable they usually beat most on pricing. Because they don’t charge tax they will usually price their stuff to reflect others overall price including tax. Free shipping and no tax are great benefits but their order process times can vary greatly. I’m at 9 days now since my last order was placed and it still shows processing. Overall I am happy with them just understand that it may take a while to ship.

KYGUNCO lures customers with competitive prices and “in-stock” claims, but after placing my order, the experience fell apart. My item didn’t ship within the expected timeframe, and when I inquired, I received a vague response: “Our shipping times are 5-7 business days from the date the order is placed.” No explanation was provided for the delay or what happens during this period, despite follow-up attempts. They close everyday doing nothing to get their orders out the door. This lack of transparency and accountability feels deceptive, especially after payment is secured. Avoid KYGUNCO if you value clear communication and reliable service.

Overall, I had a great experience purchasing my first handgun from KYGUNCO.

I recently purchased the new Bodyguard 2.0 Carry Comp, and my experience was generally positive. While the shipping process took a bit longer than expected, I appreciated the free shipping and the fact that there were no taxes to pay. The shipment was handled by FedEx, and it arrived at my FFL in just three days. When I went to pick up the gun, everything was in order, and I was pleased with the overall experience. I will definitely be purchasing from KYGUNCO again in the future.

HORRIFIC "Customer Service" which equals ZERO

I never received the product because it was delivered to some unknown persons and unknown apt. address. I sent multiple emails with photographic evidence clearly showing that the package was not delivered to my apartment. I called Customer Service multiple times to find out what they were going to do but I was told that they farmed out my order to a third party and that they weren't responsible. More than once they told me that they were going to keep me posted about any lost package claims made by the third party but they never do. I have been trying to get resolution for 11 days now since 6/18/25 to date but to no avail. They pass the buck, lie and have done absolutely NOTHING to make this right. I am disputing this charge and their evasive conduct is FRAUDULENT. I have documented every call, email, and have photos. I have names, dates & times. This is how they treat a disabled Senior Citizen on a fixed income who cannot afford this loss by fraud and negligence. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

There's a statement on their website where they state their products process within 1 or 2 business days. It's a complete lie and if you ask them to cancel your order after waiting 4 days for it to even process they'll just tell you their products ship in 5 to 7 days and charge a 10% restocking fee even though they haven't done anything to deserve the money. Buy from somewhere else if you want your stuff in less than a month.
