The value of 'My' Ladbucks has deflated by 900% because I had the audacity to partake in THEIR *FREE* Slot Contests, and the *FREE* Live Contests. They encourage you to enter their daily competitions to Win Ladbucks but the moment you have enough to cash in for a decent amount - They change the rules. £5 used to equate to 5000 points, now all of a sudden it is 50,000. This is such a corrupt, disgusting, despicable company. They must be losing money hand over fist to take such action against me, just because I won £5 off them. I actually suspect they are very close to going under, and I have no sympathy for the sad excuse for human beings that are their Customer DisService Team. You all reap what you sow. The sooner this hideous company is bankrupt and the misery it causes can cease, the better.
A while ago I signed up to Ladbrokes.
They had an offer going where they would top up your deposit by 10 percent up to a certain amount of money.
I thought the headline is what the offer was.
I deposited £10, Ladbrokes topped it up to £11.
I proceeded to gamble that £11 and turned it into £250.
When I came to withdraw my money Ladbrokes proceeded to wipe my account back to the initial £10 and stated that the conditions of this 10 percent top up deal were that I had to bet £200 of my own money before I could make a withdrawal.
They could have at least left my £240 that I had made, but no they wiped my account.
I will never gamble with them again
